The Fralinger Baking Company was built out of a vision to serve the local charlotte community with authentic and reliable service. After a decade in various chemical engineering roles, Albert Fralinger decided to use his passion and skills as a baker to create a new venture to reconnect with the Queen City.
Combining precision, craft, and creativity, the Fralinger Baking Company produces treats with a mix of European tradition and American vibes. We look forward to finding new and fun ways to deliver our products and services with neighbors and friends and giving back to this great city.

About the Founder
Albert Fralinger graduated with a Chemical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech in 2014. After a decade of various engineering roles in both small and corporate companies, Albert decided to turn his passion for baking into a way to serve his local community. His mix of engineering precision and baking creativity has created a unique style of baked goods inspired by European recipes, southern comport and a little northern attitude.
