About the Founder
Albert Fralinger graduated with a Chemical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech in 2014. After a decade of various engineering roles in both small and corporate companies, Albert decided to turn his passion for baking into a way to serve his local community. His mix of engineering precision and baking creativity has created a unique style of baked goods inspired by European recipes, southern comfort and a little northern attitude.
