How do I order a smaller quantity of pastries?
Currently, we can not accommodate smaller events. Please visit our truck service listed on our About page for pick up availability.
Do you use preservatives?
Our pastries are made without preservatives and baked fresh. Our team puts in the early mornings and late nights to make sure each batch meets the quality and consistency we're proud to serve. Freshness isn't just part of our process, it's our standard.
Do you offer shipping?
We do not offer shipping. Due to the delicate nature of our pastries, especially cinnamon rolls, we focus on in-person enjoyment. We operate in the Charlotte city limits only.

Do you offer any beverages alongside the pastries?
Absolutely! We offer fresh hot coffee with complimentary sweeteners, creamers, and syrups made in house for your customization.
Where is your storefront?
We don’t have a permanent storefront yet, but we regularly park our truck around Charlotte. Please check our About page for details. We also specialize in catering and large-scale orders, and we’re excited to expand in the future
Do you offer gluten-free options?
We do not currently offer gluten-free but would love to in the future, Please follow along with us for updates.
Where can I pick up individual pastries in Charlotte?
Beyond catering, we perform truck vending up 3-4 times weekly around Charlotte, often Uptown. Check our About page for our latest locations and times, so you can grab a pastry on the go!
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan pastries?
At this time, we do not offer vegetarian or vegan pastries. However, as we grow, expanding our menu is part of our long-term vision.
How do I know if you've sold out at truck service locations?
Since we're a small team, we're usually busy baking, serving, and chatting with customers during our truck events. That means we aren't able to keep up with live inventory updates or messages asking what's left. We do our best to let everyone know on social media once we've sold out for the day. If there's a pastry you've been looking forward to, arriving early is the best way to make sure you don't miss it!
